Does money order mean cash on delivery.(COD)

Best Answer:

No. It's like a check, except you pay the cash in advance to make sure the money is there and then make the money order out to who you want to pay and send it to them and they can cash it at a bank.

no - COD means when the mail carrier, fed ex, ups, etc. delivers the package you give them the money or they do not give you the package. money order would be a good form of payment to give them

No. You have to go to the bank (or Wal-mart customer service - it's cheaper there) and purchase a money order. Money orders are usually used when a company doesn't accept cash and the customer doesn't have a checking account OR if checks are not accepted by a company.
